HOW TO RETURN

We hope you love your favouritegirl order! If you do need to make a return, please follow the instructions below.

IRELAND RETURNS

Returns from Ireland can be made easily through An Post for just €4.95.

  1. Go to AnPost.ie

  2. Select Post & Parcels

  3. Under the Sending heading, select Return Your Online Shopping

  4. In the Find Your Retailer search bar, type Zone Clothing

  5. Select Zone Clothing from the results

  6. Enter your reason for return and your favouritegirl order number

  7. Follow the instructions provided by An Post to complete your return

Please ensure your to include your packing slip in your return so we can identify and process your return when it arrives.

All returns must be sent within 14 days of receiving your order and all labels must be intact.

UK RETURNS 

If you are returning an order from the UK, please send your return to:

T21911C, Union West, 22 Water Street, M34BR, Manchester, UK

Please include your packing slip inside your parcel so we can identify your return.

Once your return has been received and processed, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
